The house has everything you need to feel right at home, with an upscale modern touch. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house except the Garage. The chefs kitchen has all the appliances and pots/pans you will need to prepare a home cooked meal. Master bedroom is connected to a luxurious bathroom and walk in closet. The second and third bedroom include queen sized beds. The office has a work space and television that can be used as a bonus room. The beautiful sparkling heated saltwater pool is sure to be a hit with any family! Fee to heat the spa is $25 a night. Pool heat is complimentary March-October. Please inquire with hosts about fees to heat the pool November-February and about heating the pool past 85 degrees all months of the year. $100 Grill fee to bring your own grill-The home does not have a grill as it's a liability and guests not leaving it as clean as they would expect it to be upon check in. Brand new Construction home, there are currently homes being built around the house (this means there may be some construction noise that is out of our control). This house may not show up on GPS yet, but the directions and location will be provided before check in. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI, if fire place is not functioning, if jetted tub in master bathroom is not functioning, or if pool is closed for cleaning, repair or maintenance or temperature is undesirable. Please remember that you are in the desert: mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our property is treated by professional pest control service every 4 weeks. ****Please be sure to shut the doors immediately to keep out dust, flies, and other pests. The home is regularly treated for pests with bio-based products, but we cannot keep out dust, flies, and other pests with doors left open**** The Property has exterior security cameras facing driveway, pool equipment and backyard. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests touching pool equipment without authorization, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these outdoor areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. You may also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned if any of the above are found.
