The space was designed with you in mind from the first level of the home through the third level. **Committed to Airbnb’s 5-step enhanced cleaning process** LEVEL ONE: This level houses the entryway and the rec area which I like to call the flex room because frankly, it can double up to serve any purpose you want. The futon can easily convert this space into a bedroom without a hassle. This space can also serve as a family room as you get to enjoy movies on the 55” smart TV or just enjoying board games provided. The garage is also located on the entry hallway which houses all the cleaning equipment you may need during your stay for any quick clean ups. LEVEL TWO: With a beautiful open-floor concept plan with modern vinyl flooring, you will find the living room, kitchen and dining room on this level of the house. This is where you get to relax, enjoy meals together and feel at home. The stellar kitchen is perfectly stocked with everything you’ll need for preparing meals in good company. LEVEL THREE: I call this the cloud 9 haven! You’ll get to enjoy sleeping in memory foam mattresses that you wouldn’t want to wake up! Did I mention each room has room darkening curtains? There’s nothing more annoying than when you are trying to squeeze in those last minutes of sleep and bright lights shine through your face….RUDE! Fully equipped washer/dryer also located on this level so feel free to throw in a load! OUTDOOR As this is a new build, we currently have no outdoor sitting pending deck staining which is a 6-month wait. You will soon get to enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets once outdoor sitting is installed. Guest access The space occupies about 1,671 sq ft. You are free to roam around and explore. Just be mindful of quiet hours as this is a residential area :) Other things to note **This is a ‘soft-sole shoe’ house only meaning, we strongly enforce no shoes or soft sole shoes only while in the house. Please prepare to pack a pair for your stay to use comfortably within the house to respect and maintain overall cleanliness within the home. **All TV’s are smart TV’s. Please bring your own logins. You will be prompted to enter your checkout dates for automatic logouts. **Welcome basket will be a warm welcome from us to you. Feel free to use whatever is needed and leave baskets behind. **We provide a limited supply of toilet paper, paper towels, and other dispensable items to get you started for first few weeks of your stay. Please prepare to replenish these items as needed for the longevity of your stay. The grocery store is only a 5 minute walk from the property. **The monthly cost is all inclusive of the guest benefit package which includes: - Furnace filter changes every 3 months which saves 5-15% on energy bills and helps ensure a clean and healthy environment. - Air vent cleaning every 3 months to reduce dust build up. - Microwave vent deep cleaning every 3 months to reduce oil and smoke accumulation. - Washer/Dryer deep cleaning to ensure maximum efficiency. - Dishwasher cleaning every 3 months to ensure maximum efficiency - Sink disposal cleaning every 3 months to eliminate odors - Coffee machine deep cleaning and filter changing every 3 months for that great tasting cup of coffee every morning - Refrigerator filter changes every 6-12 months (depending on occupancy) to ensure clean filtered water ** Guests May choose to upgrade from the standard benefit package to a custom premium benefit package at a fee in addition to the total monthly rent.
