The villa 163 is a huge bungalow which have a spacious outdoor area suitable for throwing garden parties, while the indoor space is great for gathering sessions and corporate events. The villa have four types of air-conditioned bedroom who are suitable a large extended family. The occupancy up to max 35 Pax. Our min charge are 16 pax, next additional adult will be charge RM100/pax Additional kids (below 12 years old) will be charge RM50/pax Additional more than 16 pax charge will be pay directly to us. We can prepare charcoal, net, fire starter with additional charges RM180. Other things to note We kindly request our valued guests to kindly ensure that the villa is tidied up before checking out. Our room rate covers BASIC cleaning services such as changing linens, sweeping, mopping, and general setup. However, if the villa is left untidy with dishes and rubbish unattended, additional cleaning and clearing fees may apply. Please be informed that usage of BBQ pit will incur additional charges of RM60 for cleaning of the pit after use. Items such as wire mesh, grills, forks, and charcoal are not included. We kindly request that guests to bring these items themselves if they would want to bbq and please clear them after use. Moreover, as our villa is located in a residential area, we kindly ask for your consideration towards our neighbors. To avoid any inconvenience or complaints, we kindly request that you refrain from shouting or creating loud noises, especially after 10 pm. Please be assured that our staff is dedicated to cleaning and maintaining the villa to the best of their abilities. However, as this is a large house, minor issues may occasionally arise. We kindly request your understanding in this matter.
