Centrally located to all points of interest. 2 hours to North Rim Grand Canyon(Opens May 15th) 60 minutes to Zion National Park, 30 Minutes to Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park, 20 Minutes to Pipe Springs National Monument, 2 hours to Bryce Canyon, 15 Minutes to Water Canyon Park and many other near-by locations, in addition to: Hiking, Biking, ATV's and horse riding trails. We are 4 miles away from Colorado City, Arizona which has a Grocery Store, Gas Stations, &Dining. The space 15 acres out in the wide open desert of Cane Beds, Arizona. We are located 3/4 miles down a dirt road. House features plenty of room for parking for ATV Trailers. House features a small kitchen area, the cabinets are mismatched along with an assortment of chairs and bar-stools which add a little fun and uniqueness to our Kitchen area. Our dining table converts to a game table or pocket pool. We do have poker chips to add a little excitement between guests. There are chairs and settee for lounging. An Old coin operated billiards table (has been set to allow our guests to play for free). Our decor is fun with antiques, old pin-up posters replicas, a "Man Cave" theme with deer antlers, and other memorabilia. Children are not recommended. Please look at pictures closely before booking. The 2 bedrooms are small yet comfortable and do feature small closets and a place to hang your clothes. The back yard area is enclosed, the patio offers a patio table and chairs. There is also a fire-pit (firewood provided for stays a week and under), weather permitting, with benches made from old highway signs. We also offer access to 2 each 10’x20’ horse stalls for an additional $20 a horse per night, let us know you are bringing horses and how many. Guests renting horse stalls are responsible for feeding and cleaning up after their horses. We do have a dumpster on site. Guests renting horse stalls have access to a 120’x200’ riding arena. There are Dogs, horses, cats on property and occasional coyotes howling in the evenings or early morning, along with many other rural sounds.
