Enjoy the fully furnished upper level of our duplex. We are the perfect location when visiting Pullman, great for football games and other events in town. Beasley Coliseum, Martin Stadium, and campus are a quick walk around the corner. We are located across the street from the WSU Valley Road Playfields. There is a covered deck area out back with table & chairs and lounger. We are located on the bus line and have 2 stops within a block. We have onsite parking available for up to 4 vehicles. The space This is the upstairs unit, stairs are required to access the property. Inside the home, there is a large living room with huge comfortable sectional sofa, Smart TV and WiFi. It also has a great view of the WSU playfields so you can sit back and take in some of the many activities happening across the street if so inclined. The oversized dining room has a dining table that seats eights, a small nook with a desk just in case you have to get some work done, and a coffee station with a Keurig and a variety of coffee for your enjoyment. The kitchen is equipped is most everything you should need. We even have dual refrigerators that will hold all your food and beverages for your stay. There are 4 bedrooms, the largest room has a comfy king sized bed, dual closets and a Smart TV, 2 of the other bedrooms have comfy queen sized beds and the fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds with memory foam toppers. All of the rooms have dressers, luggage racks, and full length mirrors. There is also a laundry room with full sized washer and dryer for your use. Guest access The entire upstairs of the unit is yours to use. This includes the private covered back patio and yard. We have ample parking available for up to 4 vehicles. Other things to note No parties or events. Quiet hours 11pm-7am.
