YOU WILL DRIVE ON 1/4 MILE OF DIRT ROAD just before arriving, maintained ONLY by the County Road Commission. Adults only, NO PETS, no smoking. Guests who enjoy being in a remote area will appreciate what we have to offer. The space It's not unusual to encounter various wildlife like deer, turkeys, rabbits, fox, many species of birds, and the occasional bear. We can provide parking for recreational vehicles. Property is close to hiking at TART & VASA trails, & Sand Lake Quiet Area. Free boat launch at Skegamog Lake & East Bay. Also close to Elk Lake and a few others scattered about.
