The neighborhood is very safe, and very quiet and peaceful. The only sounds you hear is that of the birds. There are wild deers, bunnies, and turkeys that you might come across while visiting the neighborhood. The walk to the beach is great, offering a scenic trail where you might spot some wildlife until you arrive to the opening to the beach which is gorgeous. Since the beach is private, most of the time you will have the entire beach to yourself to unwind and relax. Since it is a close walk to your apartment, after the beach you can come back and relax in your private yard and enjoy the hammock, bbq, and fire pit. The Bedroom: The bedroom is located on the second floor with a queen size bed, dresser, AC unit in the bedroom, as well as Wireless charging for your devices and Beach towels, mats, and bags for use. The Living Room: There is an Electric Fireplace, Tv with sling tv, Disney plus, and Netflix. There is also boardgames and cards. There is an in-wall AC unit for cooling first floor. There is also a Thermostat in the winter for Baseboard heat throughout apartment. The Kitchen: The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils you would need for cooking as well as eating. There is a coffee bar that has a Keurig machine. We provide k cups for coffee and coffee creamers. There is also a washer / dryer and we provide laundry detergents. The Bathroom: The bathroom has a Bath tub / Shower. We provide towels and robes to our guests and some toiletries. Work Space Area: There is a desk and chair located behind the living room area for any work that may need to be done remotely. There is high speed wifi, with an access point located right in the apartment. Other things to note There are bikes, a canoe, bbq, fire pit and beach supplies all available for use.
