This beautiful retreat offers an abundance of wildlife for your viewing pleasure. From the porch you have the possibility of seeing deer, otters, muskrats ,ducks, and a wide variety of birds. There is also a large yard for mans best friend to run and play. Spend evenings around the awesome fire pit with scenic views. The space This is a beautiful cabin on stilts on Clinch River. Large front porch to enjoy lots of wildlife and scenic views of mountains and river. Large living room with 50 inch smart Samsung tv . Large leather couch and recliner chair. Kitchen with all cooking supplies you need. Large bar to eat at or can be used as a work station . Large bedroom with King size bed . 50 inch smart Samsung tv . Under tv is a electric fireplace thats beautiful at night with or without heat . 4 drawer chest for your clothes. Large bathroom with washer and dryer, stand up shower and closet for your clothing . Also two dog beds and a queen and twin air mattress with sheets and pillows . Sneedville is a small town but it has everything you need dollar tree , subway, dollar general, grocery store, mexican restaurant , coffee shop, hardees, true value and butcher shop plus many more. Take advantage of water falls and hiking areas nearby. Only one hour to tricities . Also its hometown of country singer Morgan Wallen . Guest access You will have access to entire home and the lot from river to road. . You can fish from rivers edge . As of now we do not have a access point for getting in river from banks. If you want to kayak or tube we suggest you contact The River Place on the clinch they handle rentals and shuttle service. You pass it on way to cabin . Other things to note This home is on stilts so it has slight movement when walking thru home . Rest assured the home is built sturdy its on stilts just incase of flooding from river. The home is on well water not city water. If you prefer for drinking water please use the water we have supplied. Cabin is 73 miles from Knoxville, Tn and 78 miles from Pigeon Forge Tn . The class 1-11 clinch river is a free flowing river , where levels are not controlled by dams, making it natural in both beauty and hazards.
