Both living room and lounge-office areas include comfortable sofa-beds with fans for additional guest capacity, in addition to a queen sized inflatable mattress to place where needed. Has a very large full open kitchen with plenty of windows and surrounding outdoor views, a new very nice dinning table and a nice bar area between the kitchen and living room. Overall, the property offers 4 bedrooms and 3 and a half bathrooms, with a 6 to 8 person capacity in the rooms, or 8 to 10 capacity when including the living room and lounge sofa beds and extra queen inflatable mattress.
