This completely remodeled and beautifully decorated cabin features two twin/sofa pull out beds that can also be used as recliners, a queen bed in the bedroom, a kitchenette with stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishes, dining table with chairs, two TVs, linens, and a private bathroom with shower/tub. This cabin also offers a nice lake view during the season. Perfect for a group or family of four! This is a duplex. There is a studio cabin attached. Both have private entrances. The space Check in is after 3pm. If you plan on arriving after 5, please call Swann's Marina & Campground for directions as what to do if they have not contacted you already. Check out time is 11am. There is a key pad entry. If there is anything that may be wrong upon your arrival, please let us know asap. We are sorry, but pets are not allowed. This cabin features on bedroom with a queen bed. In the living area, there are two over-sized chairs that pull out into a bed. There are extra pillows and sheets located in the black storage cube in the corner by the over-sized chairs. As you go into the cabin, your kitchen is on the right side. It has a full size stove/oven, microwave, and full-size fridge. It comes equipped with all you should need. Plates, cups, bowls, utensils, silverware, pot, pans, dish soap, and hand soap. To the left of the kitchen is a dining table with four chairs and your seating area with a TV as well. The bathroom is on the left side just past the kitchen table. It comes stocked with towels, rags, hand towels, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. There is a laundry bag to put all dirty towels. This must be done before checking out. Please do not dispose of any paper towels, flushable wipes, and feminine products down the toilet. A trash can is provided. The far left is where the bedroom is located with a TV. WiFi is “swannsguest” and a password is not needed. Located just outside the front door is a gas grill, two chairs, and a picnic table. We do not allowing smoking in the rental. If you are a smoker, please smoke outside. There is an ashtray so please be mindful and do not throw in the yard. Upon departure, please make sure all towels are in the laundry bag and gather all trash and take to the dumpster. There are dumpsters located by the bath house and behind the Millstone Restaurant on-site. We hope you enjoy your stay and look forward to seeing you in the future!
