This is our fun and friendly two-bedroom/1 bath walk-out apartment in the downstairs of our home in beautiful Lake Junaluska. Comfy, clean and spacious, our guests tell us they feel right at home here. Just a ten minute walk to the lake and close to everything else! Please note that while most of the apartment has standard-height ceilings, part of the living room and the bathroom both have ceilings that measure less than 7 ft. The space The 1,000 square foot apartment has a large living room with a big screen TV, movies, games, books, art supplies and more. There's a full kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms, one bath and a dressing room. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two twins. This large and comfy apartment gives you all the space you need to unwind and relax after a day of enjoying this beautiful part of the country. Guest access You will have the entire apartment, private drive and parking for two cars just a few feet from your entrance.The back yard, a flat grassy area with two patios is exclusively yours as well. Other things to note We are a retired, active couple and enjoy sharing our downstairs apartment May through October. You probably won't see us or hear us during your visit, but we're always available by phone or text.
