Our custom designed deluxe Holly Rock treehouse is a sturdy, wooden structure with double French door entry, accessed from the hillside by a canopy bridge and includes expansive indoor window design to take in the bird's eye view. It includes a private hot tub on a canopy-level deck. It also has a private picnic area with a gas grill and picnic table. The space Measuring 24 feet in diameter including outside wrap around 3 foot deck area leading to viewing balcony. This is a true treehouse, built around a large oak in our forest. Staying here is an experience you will always remember and cherish. Other things to note We require a two night minimum stay during our peak seasons. What we provide: Linens and towels provided, TV with Dish network service, deck with gas grill, , heating/cooling unit and other amenities like coffee, sugar, creamer, paper and cleaning products. *A 12% management fee will be added to each reservation to cover West Virginia State Sales Tax and Fayette County Lodging Taxes as required by law.
