This beautiful home is set up for outdoor living and features four outdoor sitting areas, a playground, basketball hoop, expansive yard, and all of the latest items from Breeo: a well know local brand that revolutionized the standard fire pit by manufacturing a smoke-less firepit with a sleek + modern design. The interior of the home has been thoughtfully decorated to ensure that you have everything you need for an entertaining + relaxing vacation full of quality time with your family & friends. The space The Breeo House has four bedrooms (sleeps 10) and two full baths. It is located on a typical back road smack dab in the middle of Lancaster County Amish Country. This is genuinely one of the best locations in the area and so close to everything. So if you coming for adventure you’ll find Cherry Crest Farm, Dutch Wonderland, Tanger Outlets and Sight & Sound Theater all with in 10 minutes; if you’re coming to see Amish Country and Farms you can turn right out of the driveway and find you’re surrounded by fields and just a 5 minute drive from Bird in Hand and Intercourse (two of the most popular small towns home to Kitchen Kettle Village, Bird Smucker’s Village, and Bird in Hand Farmers Market); and if you’re coming for relaxation you’ll find it all in your backyard. For dinner we recommend swinging in to Stoltzfus Meats in Intercourse to pick up burgers + steaks + a few pre-made sides and grilling up a feast. When you enter from the side porch (keypad entry) you’ll walk into the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is really well stocked with everything you’ll need in the event that you decide to eat in and because we know how important coffee is we’ve added a duo coffee maker that does both drip coffee and K-cups. Through the dining room are the two living room areas- one with a propane fireplace perfect for curling up next to with a good book in the winter time and the other with a large Smart TV and toys for the kids. You’ll also find fun family board games in the console table. Additionally located on the first floor is a small library with a desk/workspace, the master bedroom (with a Queen bed- olive colored bedding in photos), and full bathroom (with a tub/shower). On the second floor are the three remaining bedrooms all are very spacious and decorated in neutral tones, and the second full bathroom (also with a tub/shower). Back outside: As we mentioned above there are four sitting areas, one on the front porch (perfect to watch horse and carriages go by while sipping your morning coffee), one on the side of the house- furnished with a comfy sectional and overlooking the backyard, one on the other side of the house overlooking the fire pit area, and finally the fire pit seating. There are seven campfire chairs, string lights for ambiance, and plenty of wood/kindling for building a fire. There’s also a picnic table and swingset for the kids. We also added Can-Jam one of our favorite yard games (located in the laundry room area).
