NETFLİX and AMAZON Prime subscriptions are available along with 24 hours hot water and wireless internet. Since the site is surrounded by trees, it is an exceptional house with a very cool and refreshing air that protects it from the overwhelming heat of Yalova in July and August and does not even need air conditioning. The master bedroom has 1 double parent bed and an en-suite bathroom. The middle room with the 2nd bedroom has a sofa bed with 2 beds and a desk where you can put your books and computer and work. The 3rd bedroom also has two beds and a wardrobe. Apart from the 4-chair breakfast and dinner table in the kitchen, you can enjoy lunch and dinner at the dining table for 6 people in the living room with pleasant conversations. The kitchen also has all the utensils where you can prepare your daily breakfasts, cook your meals and prepare tea and coffee along with the fridge, built-in stove, oven and hood. The main bathroom has 1 alafranga toilet and an alaturka toilet. In addition, there is a glazed balcony where you can relieve the tiredness of the day and enjoy tea and coffee. There is also an open balcony. A great and comfortable accommodation 10 minutes from the city center, Yalova beach and public beach, 25 minutes from Yalova terminal, 1 hour from Bursa and half an hour from Istanbul. Note: There is a small grocery store just across the building and there are A101, BIM and SHOCK grocery stores about 150 meters away.
