Our beautiful house was created with the goal of giving you an unparalleled experience of having your own beach house without having to buy it! A relaxing experience, in a rustic - bohemian oceanfront style and backed by the magic and majestic vibe of the mountain with the ease of walking to the beautiful Guacuco beach! The space Bedrooms and spaces The house has four comfortable rooms equipped with premium lingerie. The Master has a king bed, spacious private bathroom with sky view shower, dresser, A/C and spacious terrace with hammock and outdoor sofas with imposing ocean view. Room 2 equipped with queen bed and single sofa bed, private bathroom with sky view shower ( no roof ), closed, AC and a small terrace Room 3 equipped with queen bed and single sofa bed, private bathroom with shower overlooking the sky ( no roof ), closed, AC and a Small terrace. (Equipped as well as room 2 but in a larger space.) Room 4 is located on the ground floor and is equipped with two double beds, A/C. This room shares the bathroom with the living room. The house has an open floor plan: open kitchen and living room with large windows that overlook the ocean at all times and even the Pampatar Lighthouse. It has a cool terrace with a cane ceiling that provides pleasant shade, so it is possible to rest and dine outdoors at any time of the day. The house has 2 huge tables! An outdoor one for guests can sit and eat together having the best conversation and experience enjoying the rich Caribbean cuisine we can offer them. Another one inside the room for those who prefer to be in a more private and controlled temperature environment The large private pool receives sunlight throughout the day for use in the morning, in the relaxed afternoon or after a day at the beach. It has several areas for sunbathing as well as a great churuata for kids playing out of the sun and for those who prefer shade. A large BBQ is located near the pool area and there for you to get those lobster grilling! A sandy pool by the pool, brings the beach to the house for the little ones. And a Creole ball court can have some fun for the big ones. A little further away from the pool and social areas, we have a fully organic orchard that provides native fruits and vegetables from the area! Fresh, healthy, and available to our guests! Guest access It's always rented out! The idea is that you have your own vacation home on Margarita Island and enjoy the privacy and exclusivity alone, with your family group or friends!
