HUGE Private Room in Historic Home
Welcome to the Governor's Corner. Built in 1809, our home was once the residence of John J. Crittenden (1811-1818). Crittenden was the 15th Governor of the state of Kentucky. Our home has been beautifully restored for the enjoyment of history lovers alike. We offer a very large private room; a private half bath and a full bath just steps away from your private room. Well behaved, potty trained pets are welcome to stay too, with a weight limit of 25lbs. The space Large room with a stately queen size bed and twin bed. There is a dresser, chest of drawers, a wardrobe, 2 nightstands and a love seat. A small refrigerator as well. The half bath is directly across from the room and the full bath with X-large modern shower and a beautifully restored 1935 clawfoot soaking tub just up 5 steps off the homes living room. During your stay Hi there!! We love to meet our guests upon arrival to go over some things about the house. After that, we stay out of our guests way and give them their space and privacy. Other things to note I love cooking for our guests. I offer a hot, hearty breakfast for an additional $15 per person; payable in person upon your stay.
