Excellent one bedroom central apartment! With unique details and service at the level of boutique hotel ! Includes private parking with electric gate and lounge with grill if needed. It has a balcony to enjoy the San Juan sunsets and is the only sector in case of smokers. Other things to note I am often consulted about the distribution of beds and this apartment has the option of a queen bed room or two and a half beds... then in the living room there is a brand new sofa bed very comfortable. In case of booking it is important to clarify if they will need in room the two single beds or the queen bed and also inform in case of a third guest who will use the sofa bed to leave the additional bedding for this bed .
