The space Seascape is a boutique lodging property featuring 7 motel rooms and 8 cottages on nearly 5 acres of parklike grounds. The property is surrounded by trees and is kept cool by the coastal breeze. The landscape slopes from the woods behind to Route 1, affording views of Penobscot Bay. The motel is in a traditional row layout, with a shared covered front porch. Each cottage has its own private sun deck.
