Villa Melita in the island of Kea is eight kilometres from the port of Korissia and two kilometers from the capital Ioulis. It is situated at the west side of the island, in the area of Rondokado-Sklavonikolas, accessed from the road connecting Ioulis with the South of the island (Poisses and Koundouros). The villa stands in a terrain of about 2500 square meters with oak trees. It offers a magnificent 180 degrees south-west-north view, which includes  Cape Sounion, the island of Makronissos, the port of Kea and the island of Eyvoia. A hill with a small whitewashed church adds a romantic touch to the landscape. The sunset view is breathtaking. The villa has a total surface of 200 sq. meters and can sleep 12 guests A separate small stone guesthouse of 12 sq. meters with two single beds, a shower + WC, coffee machine and refrigerator can accommodate an additional 2 persons. The living/dining room is at the main ground floor giving through glass doors  to spacious verandas.  It is decorated with modern furniture and equipped with TV, DVD, Wi-Fi internet and CD player.  There is a separate fully equipped kitchen. At this level there is a visitors WC. The house has 4 bedrooms all with their closets. Two of the bedrooms are at the first floor. The first has a double bed and “en suite” shower-room and WC. It can also accommodate a baby cot. It gives to a large terrace with sea and port view. The second bedroom has two single beds also with “en suite” shower-room and WC. The third and fourth bedroom are at the lower ground floor, with direct access to the outside garden area. One bedroom has a double bed and a single bed and a baby cot and/or a folding camp bed can be added. Next to the bedroom there is a large bathroom with WC and bidet. There is large outside paved area with pergolas at two levels. The main ground floor level includes armchairs and furniture for outside dining for 12 persons.  At the second outside lower level there is a 4,5x 10 meters infinity swimming pool, an outside shower, a barbecue, sun-beds and a built in sofa for relaxation.
