One pet is allowed with a pet fee. Guest access You’ll be given a personal code to the front door, and another code to the apartment. Please do not have mail and packages delivered to this address. If they are put in the locked mailbox, they will not be retrievable. We advise that you set up a PO Box at the Post Office or the UPS Store instead. Other things to note This apartment is ideally for traveling professionals. In accordance with our agreement with the management company, upon booking we will also ask you for your ID, your email address, and to sign a Temporary Occupancy Agreement. The TV is a ROKU, which means you can stream Netflix, HBOMax, Hulu, etc, using your OWN accounts. This is a safe area of town, but it is in a capital city. That means that you may hear normal city noises, like homeless people, traffic, garbage trucks, a train, or aircraft. We do provide earplugs for this reason. This is a building of eight apartments. There are four (unassigned) parking spots in the back of the apartment. You’re welcome to park there, if there’s room. Otherwise, unreserved on-street parking is available. There is an app-operated laundry setup in the basement.
