Our apartment is on the first floor , has no stairs. It's located in one of Arequipa's most residential areas. We are about a 15 minute drive to Downtown and Plaza de Armas. Walking, we are 2 blocks from the San Pablo Clinic, very close also to the San Juan de Dios Clinic and the Arequipa Clinic. The space She'll love my place for her cozy, finely decorated, and totally private space to her satisfaction. It has a pastry shop in the building where the apartment is located and next door there is a winery where our guests can stock up on groceries or toilet that they need urgently. We are about a 3-minute drive and about a 12-minute walk from the Arequipa Center Mall where you will find Metro Supermarkets, restaurants, clothing stores, banks, cinema, etc., and very close to two other very important Malls de Arequipa to find Saga and Oechsle stores. Guest access The guests have access to the entire apartment which is totally private and independent. Other things to note We have security cameras both on the street and at the apartment's entrance.
