The space There are three bedrooms and a half bathroom on the second floor. The new kitchen has stainless steel appliances with a gas stove. Other things to note The house is about 45 minutes from Buffalo, 20 minutes from Dunkirk, Fredonia, and Hamburg, and about 10 minutes from the towns of Silvercreek and Angola. It is located on a private drive, so please be quiet and respectful of the neighbors. The lake access for the street is directly in front of the boat house at the end of the road on a shared, private drive.
