Please come and stay at our cozy 2 story Grand Rapids home. You have access to the whole house, and this rental has just been newly remodeled and refurnished with all the amenities of home. Specifically, this two bedroom house has 1 main floor bedroom with a queen-sized bunk bed as well as a similar queen-sized bed in the one bedroom upstairs to easily accommodate 8 guests. A washer/dryer is provided for use in the full basement. Lots of room for play or entertaining. Pets with approval/Fee The space Wifi Internet is available, and cable t.v. is set-up above the study desk within the living room. The house is air conditioned, and attractively decorated with hardwood floors through-out the 1100 sq. ft. finished part of the house. There is a full bath upstairs and a half bath downstairs. If you need more sleeping space, use the sectional couch with ottoman in the living room area. The dining room table comfortably sits six to eight adults and is off of the kitchen as one heads toward the living room. The kitchen comes with stove, refrigerator and microwave and all the essential dishes, pans and tools for preparing meals. Guest access You have access to the whole house.
