Great for. Relaxing get away on our quaint little island. We are located in one of the most desirable areas in the middle of the island and only 200 steps to the beach. We are close to the Tybee pier, Tybrisa ( Tybee's downtown) and many restaurants. Once you get park your car, you can walk or bike anywhere on the island. There are several golf cart and bicycle rental places on the island. They will deliver and pick up from this rental. The apartment can sleep 6 comfortably and is ground level, with no stairs to climb. You have 2 designated parking spots, a private entrance and a private patio, dining and a gas grill . You will have a well stocked kitchen for all your needs while staying with us. Bedroom 1 - King bed Bedroom 2 - Queen and sleeper sofa Guest access Apartment & outside area are completely private for you to get away and enjoy island life Relax on the covered patio with a pergola and lights for cozy evenings. Plenty of outdoor space to watch the stars or enjoy the comforts of island life. We have a supply of beach towels for your use, also a wagon & chairs for your beach adventures. The crosswalk over the dunes to the uncrowded more quiet beach is a block, with plenty of space to spread out, watch the waves, dolphin and ocean life If you are looking for the crowds or things to do, the Pier and Tybrisa (Tybee's main street) are an easy walk or bike ride away. Other things to note You have 2 FREE designated parking spaces. - all other parking on Tybee is pay to park. Once you check in to The Mini Pearl you will not need to get back in the car until you check out, unless you want to go to visit beautiful historic Savannah . The Local grocery store, IGA, is one house away. Come and stay in our little piece of paradise on the beautiful Georgia coastal island!
