Our family has enjoyed this home for many years as we have gone from having children full of energy and activities, to having teenagers, to becoming empty nesters, and ultimately to hosting our grandchildren. Indoors: - Gather for a chat in the living room - Watch a show in the media room (great for late nights if you prefer to stay up without bothering others as it is far from all three bedrooms) - Play a game or work a puzzle at the dining table - Enjoy a snack and some conversation in the in the bonus room off the kitchen - Children will find plenty to do in the playroom off the living room - or, there is plenty of extra room for them to spread out in the lower level media room. Outdoors: - Soak in the hot tub in the private side yard. - Chill on the back deck where you’ll see and hear birds serenade dawn to dusk and might even spot a bunny or two. - Take a walk in and enjoy our beautiful neighborhood. It's made for walking, is full of interesting architecture (most homes built between 1920 - 1950), parks, and friendly people. Our home is over 80 years old and, while greatly cared for and diligently cleaned and updated, shows its age in some places.
