Access to the Villa is a private entrance on the right side of the garage, just through the backyard gate. Guests are welcome to enjoy all levels of the entertainment decks, and outdoor firepit area in addition to their private seating areas and outdoor spa tub. Other things to note We ask that guests treat our home with the care they would their own, please remove shoes while inside and smoke only on the patio (receptacle provided). House Rules include NO parties, loud groups, unregistered guests/visitors, or smoking indoors. Our Villa and neighborhood are best suited for quiet, relaxing getaways. We have a friendly dog onsite that we occasionally let out in the backyard. Ani is still a little shy/skittish but is warming up to guests more every day. Although we try to keep the noise level non-existent, you may hear the pitter patter of dog feet above you on occasion.
