Every day the river deposits some "gifts" (aka- debris and often trash) and removes others. As this is state-owned land, we do not patrol or clean the beach or woods; we are not responsible for its maintenance or for any activity on that property. Guests will have access to the entire house, the parking area, the yard, the fire pit, and the barn.
