This condo is over 3,000 square feet with two kitchens and plenty of room. The space The condo is located in the heart of quaint and peaceful San Pancho. Relax with plenty of room to enjoy your time. This Condo is ideal for a large family or for several couples. There is a large wrap around deck with furniture and dining table to enjoy the outdoors. There are also additional two private balconies; one overlooking the pool with beach views and the other overlooking the main street known as Tercer Mundo and the lagoon and mountains in the distance. This unit is larger than most other units in the complex with a large comfortable living area. The main kitchen is well equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and grinder, toaster, refrigerator, microwave, utensils and dinnerware. The separate "Kitchenette" has a refrigerator, cooktop, coffee maker and grinder, toaster and microwave along with cooking pots, pans, utensils and dinnerware. We have high speed fiber optic cable able to support numerous devices. Our internet speed is typically 200 mps download and 100 mps upload. The unit has two 55" Samsung Smart televisions and 43" Samsung Smart television for your pleasure. A dedicated and secure parking spot is available. We furnished our condo with all the comforts we personally enjoy for ourselves. Our primary goal is to create a space we are proud of and one for our guests to enjoy as well. Guest access Guests have access to all amenities within the complex such as large pool and hot tub, fitness center and secure private gated beach access directly onto the beach. Other things to note Upon reservation confirmation you will need to supply an email address and contact information to host as well as photo identification. Documents will be emailed to the guest to be filled out and returned to Host. The documents are for security to register guests and allow them on the property.
