Coverage Details: Protected: Accidental damages to furniture, fixtures, and appliances. Not Covered: Damage from smoking inside, intentional or pet damage, landscaping damage, violations of house rules, and damages exceeding $3,000. Additional Exclusions: Motor vehicles, aircraft, watercraft, personal items of occupants, credit cards, money, firearms, precious metals, business property, & electronic data. Losses due to gross negligence or criminal acts are also excluded. Claims are subject to approval by the underwriter. Any damage not covered by the waiver or exceeding the coverage limit will be the guest's responsibility. - No Smoking indoors - No access to the shed in the backyard - Fireplace in the property is wood burning. - Please treat our home as you would your own House Rules: • No local guests allowed within 50 miles of property • Must be 25 years of age to book • Guest must complete Check In Form to agree to the Irvie Homes terms and conditions, and provide photo ID within 24 hours of booking, or immediately if same day arrival. • Please no shoes in House • Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am • No smoking or vaping on property or consuming Illegal substances of any kind. • No parties or events • No moving furniture or appliances. • Must obey house Occupancy Limits. No overnight guests beyond the guests on the reservation. • Secure the home by locking all doors and windows anytime you leave the home • Reservations over 30 days may require security deposit, background and credit check. • For stays over 30 days, a monthly cleaning fee will be applied. • Unreturned and/or lost house keys will result in a $100.00 fee to replace it. • We welcome your furry friends with an additional charge of $200 per pet. • NOTE: Your safety matters. There may be a Ring doorbell security camera, exterior cameras, and a Noise-Aware antiparty device or similar devices at the home. Covid Restrictions - Please visit the NM Department of Health website to view any restrictions or travel advisories - Guests acknowledge there is risk of Covid transmission with all travel. Guest will contact host if they believe they may be at high risk for having the Covid virus including known exposure to persons with the virus, fever, shortness of breath, coughing, or other covid-19 symptoms. - Guests Agree that Irvie homes, and homeowner will not be held responsible for Covid-19 transmission during any travel.
