This is a traditional older home in the Monroe Garden District. It has old wood floors, the southern style pass through rooms, and a great back yard for relaxing. Bookings are not accepted after 7PM and check in is between 3PM and 10PM. Pets are NOT allowed. This is an older home. If you are wanting a brand new house, this one may not be for you. Although it's old, we take pride in keeping it fresh and clean! The space The Monroe Garden District is central to everything. It is just a couple of miles off the interstate and a perfect place to stay if you need to be in Monroe or West Monroe. If a problem comes up, please let us remedy the issue before writing a bad review. Guest access You can have access to the entire home, including the back yard. Other things to note Please do not smoke in the home. If you smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts properly. Absolutely no pets allowed.
