The clean river is perfect for the outdoor enthusiast, enjoy weed free swimming and fishing or grab a kayak or canoe so you can see all that the river has to offer. The space 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, sleeps 8 people comfortably. Bedroom 1 - One Queen bed Bedroom 2 - Two Twin beds Bedroom 3 (Bunkie) - One Queen bed and one twin over double bunk bed All new mattresses and pillows complete with high quality protective covers. Pillows and blankets included. Please bring your own linens, towels & beach towels. Large deck off the back of the cottage complete with 2 BBQ's (Blackstone and Napoleon grill ) and dining furniture. Large deck along waterfront for additional seating and lakeside dining. Large dock to fish off of with Muskoka chairs to relax in while enjoying all the waterfront has to offer. Fire pit with wood included also 2 kayaks, 1 Canoe, 1 SUP and 1 pedal boat and lots of other inflatable water tubes, rafts and toys for your leisure. Kitchen fully equipped with electric stove & oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. Pots, pans and dishware as well as BBQ utensils also available. Hight speed internet and Netflix.. Respectfully, the preference is families or individuals who are seeking a relaxing and serene getaway. Parties and events are prohibited Guest access Guests have full access to the entire cottage and bunkie and shed attached to the bunkie. The large garage/shed is not available for use since there are tools and other items used to maintain the property Other things to note Close to many amenities...5 minutes to Esso gas station and the famous Riverside Inn Restaurant...very popular place so reservations are recommended. 10 minutes to Coboconk where you will find a Foodland, LCBO, Beer store and Home Hardware for your essentials. Tim Hortons, Riverbank Pizza, Ryan's roadside Charbroiled burgers, the Pattie house for great BBQ and the dockside restaurant and grill all for for some good eats! 20 minutes away from Minden where you will find several big box stores, and a quaint main street experience! Visit the famous Kawartha Dairy factory for some fresh ice cream!
