Guests have access to the entire residence including house, garage, basement, deck, patio, hot tub, and yard space. Outside amenities are subject to time of year / weather. Hot tub is available year round. Built in grill and outside fireplace/pit are available March 1st through November 30th. Outdoor TV, dining table, chairs, etc are typically available April through October. Other things to note our house is in a great, safe neighborhood with wonderful neighbors and a family atmosphere. we invite guests to enjoy the home and its amenities but we do not allow parties in the home or outside in the yard. we ask guests to respect quiet hours after 9pm weekedays and 11pm on weekends. Outside amenities are subject to time of year / weather. Hot tub, built in grill and outside fireplace are available year round if weather permits. Outdoor TV, dining table, chairs, etc are typically available April through October.
