This is a spacious 2 story 5 bedroom home that sleep up to 18. It is on a quiet cul-de-sac street. It is just a little over half a mile to all of the city’s attractions on 4th & a mile from 1st street. It is newly remodeled & it has multiple common rooms for you & your family/friends. You will also find beautiful outdoor options. There are 2 outdoor fire pits (on the deck & one downstairs) The trolley pickup is directly next to the house. Come relax and get away in this beautiful guest home! The space This is a brand new airbnb but we are not new to airbnb. We rented out the downstairs unit for over 2 years now and finally we are turning the whole house into an airbnb. We are super hosts and we value our guests and want them to have a comfortable stay with us. This accommodation fits up 18 people ( 8 beds) and if there is a big group, we can offer the couches as well. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house except the garage and some closets in the house used for storage. Other things to note The pellet stove is just decorative and is not for guest use. There are 5 queen beds- If you have more guests we can set up the murphy bed or the sofa beds downstairs to accommodate your larger group. :) That makes 8 beds total and if you have a large group of 17-18 and you want to use the couches, we can leave out sheets, blankets and pillows for you upon request. Check in and out times are super flexible- if we don't have back to back bookings. 95 percent of the time we can say yes to early checking and noon checkout.
