The space The home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, sleeps eight guests, and has a washer/dryer! Year round waterfront access from the docks, even when the Lake draws down, this cove maintains a high enough water level to dock a boat and enjoy water activities. The Main Level: An amazing sunroom, open kitchen with breakfast bar and separate dining area, spacious living room with large flat screen tv with Roku and sound system Upper Level: Comfortably sleeps eight. Large master bedroom with king bed, master bath walk-in closet. 2 sets of bunk beds in second bedroom. Second Master with king size bed Guest access Private asphalt circular driveway, spacious enough for boat trailers and easily park four vehicles. Townville boat ramp is less than mile away, easy to walk to and then just a a few minute boat ride to the home's dock. Other things to note Dock parks up to two boats. Guests are welcome to bring their own boat or rent one. Guests have access to a canoe, three kayaks (two sit on top, one sit inside ), a large floating lily pad and many floating toys like noodles. The shoreline , next to dock is accessible to wade into the water, is mostly a red clay bottom.
