If you enjoy gazing out over a seemingly infinite expanse of clear blue seas or you are an absolute water warrior, the Flying Fish is the perfect location for your group to plan amazing daily activities, dine in style or just rest and relax. The nearby shared pool is just steps from the villa. Boat charters, private chef, and kayak's are available upon request and ready to accommodate. The space Please note: The house next door is under construction and is scheduled to be completed in early June 2024. Two story house with 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, Family room and upstairs living room provides room for everyone! Upstairs is an open concept with windows all around. Floors are rare rain tree hardwood and all furniture is hand made in Fiji. Huge wrap around decks on upper and lower floor. Custom made home with high end furnishings throughout. Pool with amazing views is shared with two other homes and is a short walk up a gravel road (1 minute). Dock is a short walk (3 minutes) walk down a trail to the shore. There is not a sandy beach at this location, however, an island with perfect sand and amazing snorkeling is just 25 minutes away by boat. Multiple surf breaks are between 5 minutes and 45 minutes by boat Surfing, Fishing, Snorkeling, and Beach boat tours / charters are available daily through Drevula Heights management . Kayaks, and paddle boards are also available upon request. Drevula Heights Management is a Fiji Government Tourism Fiji CFC Certified tourist accommodation. Guest access Entire Flying Fish Villa and guest use of the swimming pool. Pool hours end at 8 pm. Development owners/Property managers live in upper villa next to the pool. Other things to note This property is on a peninsula and is a private location. There are 5 homes in the development. The entrance is gated and requires reservations be made in advance of arrival. Onsite property managers provide guidance and assistance as needed to book boat tours. 3 Boats and kayaks are managed by the Drevula property, however advance notice is needed to ensure boats are available. Please, do not over occupy this property. Our maximum capacity is 9 people age 3 and up allowed on our lot / property at any time during your reserved dates. Toddlers and infants age 2 or less are allowed in addition to our maximum occupancy. We do not allow additional occupants on our lot / property tent camping, sleeping on the porches, in cars, etc . Please be respectful. We wish to maintain a high end, quality experience for our guests at the Flying Fish Villa. In order to do so, the Drevula Heights on site management will check in each group ensuring the total occupancy is as reported and in accordance with our house rules. No pets. No Smoking. Just adventure, sunshine and fun! Guests have access to this entire 23 acre freehold property. There are two additional large homes on the property that are also available for rental to accommodate larger groups. These additional properties are ideal as a wedding venue package.
