Villa Mis Rocas is an elegant 5 story, ocean front villa with 10 bedrooms, 13 baths, 6 large terraces, 2 large bar areas, infinity pool, jacuzzi, and ocean level covered pavilion. It has 20' vaulted ceilings on the main level, 9 terraces, full kitchen, handicapped accessible with an elevator. We provide a private chef, shopping service for guests and cleaning staff. It is handicapped accessible and the elevator provide easy access to all but one of the floors of the house. The space Villa Mis Rocas is an elegant 10-bedroom ocean front villa. It has 12.5 baths, 6 large terraces, infinity pool, jacuzzi, and ocean level pavilion. The house has 6 levels with 13,000 sq ft of living space, all anchored into the granite foothills of the Sierra Madre mountains. The home is perched on the edge of the Bay of Banderas with almost every room has a panoramic view of the Vallarta coastline as well as a close-up view of the Los Arcos marine sanctuary. Each of the 9 bedrooms has their own private bathroom with tub and or shower. The entire house is constructed from marble, custom-cut stone, and granite. It has a contemporary style with panoramic windows in every room to create a completely open-air feel. The main level of the home has 22-foot vaulted ceilings, private infinity pool, full kitchen large functional bar and outdoor jacuzzi. The house also features a fully equipped fitness room, 2 bars upstairs, domed dining room, numerous terraces, with numerous outdoor sitting areas. The cabinetry throughout the house was made from beautiful rosewood. The kitchen has every appliance and accessory necessary Chef Francisco to create a fabulous meal for your friends and family. Chef Francisco is a trained international chef and has worked and trained all over the world. The elevator provides easy access to almost every level of our home. The Rooms: Presidential Suite is an oversized room with a Jacuzzi tub, large bath area, 2 terraces, walk-in closets, and pop-up television at the foot of the bed. The Governor suite is an oversized room with a Jacuzzi tub, large bath area, walk-in closets, and pop-up television at the foot of the bed. Instead of a terrace, the room extends out 12 feet and has a covered overhang. The ocean side of the room has large windows that open-up completely to give a 180 degrees panoramic view of the bay. It has the look and feel of being on an outside terrace. There are 2 Junior suites with large bathrooms, terraces, and ocean views that occupy the entry-level and top floor. Both rooms have a view of the bay, infinity pool below, and Los Arcos. They have large bathrooms and a sitting area. There are 4 bedrooms to the lower levels of the home are new. Each have an ocean view, terrace, marble floors, full bath, closet etc. The last bedroom is positioned on the front side of the house on the main level. It is a quieter, more private area but nicely decorated with a TV, bath etc. The main floor will be the area you likely spend most of your time. It has a living room, Dining Room, Full Bar, Full kitchen, and dining room. The ocean side walls have 9' retractable glass doors which provides a wide-open panoramic view of the ocean and a wonderful breeze through the house. For the convenience of guests with physical limitations, we have an Otis elevator that gives you access to 4 of the 6 levels of our home. We are happy to host families, reunions, weddings, bachelor(ette) parties and corporate retreats. We offer a complimentary staff which includes a cook, maid, and property manager. We are located 4.5 miles south of downtown PV. Laundry services are available upon request Guest access Guests may have access to the entire villa except the laundry room and storage spaces. In order to provide the best service available the staff will be using the laundry room from 9-5 pm to wash linens and towels. Other things to note Please take a moment to review our FAQs and menu. Chef Francisco has recieved formal training in Mexico, US, and Spain. He is always striving to improve his skills and looks forward to any cooking challenge. He has prepared meals as diverse as Mexican to Indian and Vegan to Kosher. He can prepare 2 family style meals for guests staying at the house. The maximum number of guests is 18 unless approved prior to check in. Groceries in PV are similar to the US. You can expect to pay about $20-30/day/person for groceries plus alcohol. but this is completely dependent on what foods and meal plans you chooses. Shopping for our guests is a complementary service and we are happy to do it for you. There is a very nice Costco, Walmart and La Comer (Similar to Whole Foods) all of which have a large selection of fresh foods. We often purchase both alcohol and food for our guests. If the staff purchases groceries on your behalf, please repay them at the time groceries are dropped off. Because food cost for large groups can be large, the staff can not afford to float the money over the coarse of you stay please them back immediately when the groceries are delivered or prepay them. If you're on a tight food budget we recommend you shop for yourself so the staff isnt responsible for keeping you on budget. Chef Francisco will be there daily. He will prepare breakfast and dinner. He will also make appetizers at lunch if requested and you are staying in the house over the noon hour. If you are eating out for dinner then the chef will go home and come back the next morning. We highly recommend guests consistently use insect repellent while visiting PV. There is a small gnat that can be annoying at certain times of the year. We provide OFF at no charge to our guests and highly recommend spraying it on the back of your legs and arms in the morning and evenings when this fly is active. Please feel free to take bug spray with you if you are going to be spending time outside hiking, at the botanical garden or zoo. IMPORTANT: Please note this is not an All-Inclusive offer. We can make it an all inclusive but in that case the cost is essentially twice the quoted amount.
