It consists of three floors, with two apartments per floor, for greater privacy. The area is residential and very safe for our guests. The building provides the cleaning and maintenance service of the common areas, which include lighting, ornamental plants, and outdoor furniture. Upon arriving at the building, you will find the Main Door with the safe where the key is left for the guest. Thus allowing access to the building and the corresponding floor. Cheating the hallways and the exterior of the balconies are beautiful chandeliers! As an additional common area, in the backyard, there is a large living room, where you can find patio furniture and plants that made it ideal for reading a book or sharing with friends. All common areas have bars and locks. The facilities have parking in front of the building next to the sidewalk. Other things to note The internet service is one of courtesy enabled according to the availability of the service of the supplier company. Our facilities are connected and depend exclusively on the public service for the utilities of Electricity and Water with Sewerage, of Puerto Rico. Reservations are formalized in the recognition and understanding of this condition by the guest, so the interruption of these utilities does not limit or lead to the termination of the reservation or any type of refund. We hope that all our tenants maintain a high level of responsibility and commitment, both with the behavior in the building facilities and in the apartment, as with the items and the wrong property, for which it will be entirely responsible and in the end they agree that the parties that have booked with the payment and formalization are recognized and accept all points and restrictions. The reservation will be charged in full at the time of formalization.
