Owners are NOT charging this fee The space We provide a handful of board and card games to keep the kiddos entertained. There is a pack and play in the unit. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, plates and silverware and the basic necessities for cooking. We do not provide coffee but there is a full size coffee pot that takes pods or ground coffee for guests to use. Guests should plan to bring beach towels if they intend to use the swimming pools.
