Fully equipped 3-story TOWNHOME designed to accommodate a large family (or 2 families with kids): Fits 12 guests + baby - Main bedroom: King-size bed (fits 2) - Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed (fits 2) - Bedroom 3: Bunk bed [Twin over Full] +Trundle (fits 4) - Bedroom 4 office: Full-size sofabed (fits 2) - Living Room: Full-size sofabed (fits 2) Total: 12 guests + baby (with a Graco Play-Pen) The space Casita Arizona - Flagstaff: a 3-story Townhome (with no neighbors on top) features 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a 2-car garage. It is only 2 miles from NAU or downtown Flagstaff. Excellent base for visiting the Grand Canyon, Sedona, or for trips to Snowball Ski Resort. Long-term stays are encouraged: 1 to 12 months, with additional discounts for longer stays. BEDROOMS: - Main Bedroom: King-size bed with a large walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom. This room also has a desk for working remotely. It features an excellent view of the trees at the Arboretum. - 2nd Bedroom: Queen-size bed. Fits 2 adults. - 3rd Bedroom: Twin over Full bunk bed with a trundle bed. This room can accommodate 3 adults or 4 kids. It also has a small foldable desk in case kids need to do homework. - 4th Bedroom/Office: This room converts to either a private office for working remotely or a bedroom for 1 adult or 2 kids with a full-size sofa bed. - The Living Room: It has a Sofa Bed (Full size) that accommodates 1 adult or 2 kids. GARAGE/PARKING: The Townhome has a covered Garage that fits 2 vehicles. The complex has several visitor parking spaces (although they are typically in high demand). The Garage has been fitted with a shelf and racks for your skis, snowboards, and mountain bikes. We offer one (or two) mountain bikes that you can rent ($10/bike for the entire stay). FOR WORKING REMOTELY. The Townhome has been fully prepared for working families: - The 4th bedroom is a private office or a bedroom for 1 adult (or two children). - The Primary Bedroom includes a good size desk, and the 2nd bedroom (or kids' room) has a foldable desk for kids to do their homework. - In addition, each bedroom has small foldable tables perfect for laptops or as a portable desk (so you can even work on the deck). FOR FAMILIES WITH BABIES/TODDLERS: We’ve equipped the Townhome with a GRACO Play-Pen, Baby high-chair, baby gates, and outlet plug protectors. Guest access Full access to the entire property. In the Garage, there is one closet that has been reserved as the Owner's Closet where we keep all the cleaning and maintenance supplies. The cabinet that is on top of the refrigerator is also an Owner's Closet where we keep basic owner's supplies. Other things to note LINENS: We provide freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, dishes, dishwasher, and hand soap for short stays. > > > > MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS: The property fits a maximum of 9 adults. But if your group has kids that can share beds, then it can fit up to 11 guests + baby. > > > > STAIRS: This property has 3 levels. It requires the use of stairs to access the 2nd and 3rd levels. 16 steps to access from Garage to 2nd level and 18 steps to access the 3rd level. It may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. > > > > PARKING: The Townhome has a covered Garage that fits 2 vehicles. The complex has very few visitor parking spaces (they are always in high demand so difficult to find one). > > > > IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES: (additional house rules in Rental Agreement) - RENTAL AGREEMENT: Guests must sign a rental agreement prior to Check-In. Once the reservation is made, the rental agreement will be provided via email. - NO SHOES in the house: All shoes are to be kept in the shoe rack and side mats in the Garage. - NO PETS ALLOWED: We are diligent to inform about our strict "no pets" policy – no animals of any kind. Owner has severe allergies to dogs/cats so PLEASE do not bring any pets since it will cause severe medical issues to Owner's family member. Evidence of pets at the property will result in an automatic charge of a $500 fine from the Security Deposit. - TOWELS: Please do not use regular bath towels for cleaning objects, hair dye, or make-up removal. We have provided cleaning cloths under each bathroom sink, the laundry room, and the kitchen sink. These are in case you need a cloth to clean shoes, boots, or objects. Please note that any linen found with major stains that are not removed with a single cleaning cycle will be deducted from the Security Deposit. No exceptions. - BBQ GRILL: If used, the BBQ grill needs to be returned in clean condition (please note that the cleaning fee does not cover cleaning the BBQ Grill). If BBQ Grill is found unclean there will be an automatic charge of $30 to the Security Deposit. > > > > Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax License No: 21491478
