OTHER INFORMATION: • Home is sanitized and cleaned following Covid-19 and CDC guidelines. • Keyless entry for your convenience • Outdoor surveillance cameras monitor the perimeter of the home to prevent unnecessary behavior. This includes the Ring doorbell camera. • There are NO cameras or recording devices in the home for your privacy. • There is street parking in front of the house. Parking is available in the back of the house upon request. • Please note that there is NO PARKING on Tuesdays from 7:30am-3:30pm for street sweeping. You will be cited at your own expense. • Gardener comes on Wednesdays. • Trash Pick up is on Thursdays. Guest access This is your home and its entirety for your stay except garage. You are welcome to use what you need. We have tried to think of everything possible to make your stay as close to the comforts of your own home. If more information is needed, please contact via Airbnb app. A quick reminder: our gardener, Francisco, will be by on Wednesday between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm to maintain the outdoor areas.
