This private 1st floor hybrid hotel suite with 700 sqft of modern living space is the perfect place to unwind and vacation. The space When you arrive at the Saltwater, your beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens. We provide you with all you need to start off a relaxing vacation right, including luxury bedding, bath towels, travel size shampoo/conditioner /bath soap, cooking essentials including a Keurig coffee maker and starter supply of k-cups and condiments, and a starter supply of dish soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. On the ground level we have a spacious covered outdoor guest common area with multiple areas of seating and games such as ping-pong, corn hole, and tiki/ring toss where you can gather with family, friends and other guests. We have 6 beach cruisers you can check out and ride during your stay at no cost and outdoor showers with hot and cold water to rinse off after the beach! Whether you're planning a romantic retreat, a family vacation, or a business trip, the Saltwater has everything you need to make your stay a memorable one. Located 250 feet from the beach access between the Atlantic Ocean and the Sounds of the Intracoastal Waterway, the Saltwater is the perfect place to stay on Topsail Island. Guests can walk or bike to the best waterfront dining and shopping on the Island, enjoy live music at a laid back beach bar, take a sunset boat tour, fish golf, or book an adventure to kayak, paddle-board, sail, or jet ski all within sight of this incredible property! This peaceful place of refuge for adults is also paradise for the kids. Walk to the beach to boogie board, surf, build sandcastles, watch for dolphins or hunt for shells, or bike to get ice cream and head to Soundside Park to play or fish for crabs off the docks. Our hotel is perfect for extended-stay vacations and weekend getaways! You can even make a reservation for a one night stay if that is all your schedule will allow! Surf City is a charming, laid back area in the heart of Topsail Island centrally located between Topsail Beach (south end of the Island) and North Topsail Beach (north end of the Island). This incredible Island has 26 miles of coastline and here you will find some of the most beautiful beaches and clear blue water on the East Coast. Guest access You can check in anytime after 4:00 PM on your arrival day. Check in is simple: Your smart lock code will unlock your door and can be used by everyone in your party during your stay. Instructions for your smart lock are shown at the bottom of this message. Other things to note Reservations & Rental Agreement: Once you book your reservation online, you will receive an email with a link to complete and sign your Vacation Rental Agreement which we ask that you complete within 24 hours of booking. Please be sure to provide your direct phone number and email address where we will be able to reach you prior to and during your stay with us. If your reservation is for a same day check in, please note that completion of the Rental Agreement is required prior to your arrival at the property in order for your keyless access check-in code to be activated. You will receive a keyless entry smart lock code by email which you will use to access your suite at check-in. What we provide: We provide bedding/bed linens, bath towels, hairdryer, kitchen cooking essentials (dishes, silverware, cookware, toaster, keurig coffee maker), and a single/travel size supply of k-cups and condiments, dish soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, trash bags, and shampoo/conditioner/bath soap/lotion. Irons are also available upon request. Parking: Parking is limited to one vehicle per suite on the property. No trailers or recreational vehicles are allowed. When you arrive, your vehicle parking pass will be waiting for you in your suite. Please be sure to fill out all information on the pass and hang it on your rear view mirror at all times while parked in our parking lot to avoid being towed. If you need parking for additional vehicles, there are Surf City paid parking spaces within one block. Pivot Parking handles the Town of Surf City`s paid parking. No recreational vehicles or trailers are allowed to be parked in our parking lot. Elevator: We have a commercial elevator for access to all three levels; however, if you would like to make arrangements for bellhop service, we recommend Topsail Island Bellhop Service. Pets: Other than the four suites designated as pet friendly (Suites 103 and 104, 105, and 201), this is a pet free property. Any pet staying at the property must not be left unaccompanied in a suite and must be on a leash at all times while outside on the property. There is a $100 pet fee for an additional pet and depending on your booking platform, this fee may be charged at the time of booking, or one day prior to your arrival. If you are not staying in one of our four pet friendly suites and you have not notified us that you will be bringing a service animal and you have a pet in your suite during your stay, a $250 cleaning fee will be billed to your account Conduct & Quiet Enjoyment. Quiet hours are defined as 10 pm 7 am. Tenant/Guest shall behave in a respectful manner and shall be good neighbors respecting the rights of the surrounding accommodations and properties. Creating a disturbance of the above nature shall be grounds for immediate termination of occupancy. If you are reported as being disruptive, you may be forced to evacuate and will result in forfeiture of any and all rents and deposits paid.
