This 1870 farm home is in the heart of downtown Bethel, Maine! With 4 bedrooms that sleep 12 comfortably and 2 full bathrooms, it's an ideal spot for large groups or families! The home is within walking distance of the local grocery store and multiple restaurants. You can experience all that Bethel has to offer just minutes away from the home. The best part - is only a 10-minute drive to Sunday River ski resort! New Hampshire is less than a 30-minute​ drive if you plan to travel. The space The home was built in 1870 and has been the perfect spot for ski/snowboard families for generations. I have been doing a lot of updating to the home trying to make it a fun, safe, and comfortable place for my friends, family, and guests. The most recent improvements include air conditioners, a 7-person hot tub, and a beautiful wooden deck. The home is close to Gould Academy which makes for a very nice, walkable neighborhood with many surrounding farm-style residences. I have a large backyard with a propane grill and a fire pit that can be enjoyed when there's no snow on the ground! :) Parking: The driveway will hold 4-5 cars. If you have more than 5 cars you are able to park at the local health facility around the corner. Other things to note There is a 7 person hot tub that can be used by guests. There’s A/C in the main living area of the home, the bedroom on the first floor (king bed), in the middle bedroom on the 2nd floor (1 queen bed & 3 twin beds) and double bunk room on the 2nd floor. I've installed a spin dryer in 1st floor bathroom cabinet. This can be used by guests to dry their suits and towels from the hot tub!
