We love the older homes in the Monroe Garden District and the local vibe of the community. It has been updated the to include modern amenities. It has the southern style pass-through rooms and a big fenced in backyard with a back deck. Bookings are not accepted after 7PM and check in is between 3PM and 10PM. Pets are NOT allowed. This is an older home. If you are wanting a brand new house, this one may not be for you. Although it's old, we take pride in keeping it fresh and clean! The space The Monroe Garden District is central to everything. It is just a couple of miles off the interstate and a perfect place to stay if you need to be in Monroe or West Monroe. This home is super cute and is full of charm. Guest access We welcome you to enjoy the front and back porch. We occasionally store items in the laundry room and one closet in the master bedroom. Other things to note Please do not smoke inside the home. If you smoke outside please dispose of cigarette butts properly. Absolutely no pets allowed. If an issue comes up please allow us to remedy the problem before you write a bad review.
