The property has three smaller private units with private entrances. The property is like a small apartment building with (4) private apartments. The unit listed here is the largest of the (4), accounting for about 70% of the entire property square footage. You will NOT be sharing spaces with anyone else. Two units have a long term tenants. The other unit is the owners unit. The long term tenants are single traveling professionals who are hardly ever onsite and keep to themselves when they are- it is unlikely that you will see them. There is a privacy panel/wall now installed on the main deck to provide privacy between the main unit and the owners unit. We just come up on the weekends in the summer and keep to ourselves, most of our time is spent out on the boat! The main unit is positioned in a way that provides privacy and keeps the other units out of site. Guest access Guests have access to the entire main house, multi-level decks, and one FREE boat dock space. Door code will be provided after completing the check-in form. Other things to note Please note that we require a guest form be completed before receiving your check-in instructions and house manual. This form asks you to acknowledge basic house rules and will be sent to you 72-hours before your arrival. Once the form is completed you will be given a link and access to our custom website which will have an abundance of information about access, parking, boat slips, boat rentals, and local attractions.
