For liability purposes, this home requires an accurate headcount. Only the number of guests confirmed in the reservation may be on the property at any time during the stay. Additional guest fees apply for reservations exceeding 8 guests. During the fall and winter months, guests have the option to activate the pool heater for an additional cost, subject to availability.
