Great views ! 360* from the waves crashing on the beach to the beautiful mountains, very large living space, 10 min walk to the beach, and pool. Second floor : 1 bedroom, bathroom, kitchen ,living area, sundeck . First floor :1 bedroom, outdoor half bath w/ outdoor shower. Basically all living is on 2nd floor . FYI we live on site with two rescued dogs and two cats but you won't even know we are there :) The space This unique rental offers outdoor living spaces upstairs that includes kitchen, dinning and private sundeck, bedroom and bath. Downstairs in common area courtyard by pool is the second bedroom and "outdoor" bathroom which shares all spaces with the the upstairs unit . Guest access You will have the private and sole use of the upstairs space and the ability to use the pool and outside bath . We do live on site and you won't know we are here. Other things to note Please no music past 9 pm . This is a very quiet neighborhood and would like to keep it that way :)Sorry no pets allowed .Owner lives on site .
