“The Peach'' is an artsy home purposefully designed to comfort & entertain groups of all ages, This family haven is located in a safe neighborhood just 10 minutes away from Savannah-Hilton Head International Airport with quick access to I-95. The space This home can accommodate up to 9 guests in our 3 bedrooms. There is plenty of sleeping space for everyone, featuring a king-sized bed in the master. A second room has a queen bed. Our bunk room sleeps 4, with a twin over full and trundle. The detached home office doubles as a 4th bedroom with a sleeper sofa we can set up if requested. It is separate from the main house, about 10 yards from the back porch. In town for a business trip? Our detached home office is great for remote work, equipped with high-speed internet access, quality speakers & a printer. Back inside the house you’ll find a fully stocked coffee bar, espresso machine, Keurig, and French Press to keep you hyped up in the home office. Feel free to have a ping-pong tournament in the game room, which has been peach-fully muralized by a local SCAD artist. Inside you’ll also find a 3-in-1 foosball, air hockey, mini-pool table inside as well. Relax in the hammock or on the back screened porch while the kiddos & doggos enjoy our outdoor area with stocked backyard games such as cornhole, ladder golf, baseball, bikes, and frisbee. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we also have 3 smart TVs for your entertainment. If you are planning for a nice family dinner, the house has a fully-equipped kitchen, stocked with supplies for basic needs. Our farm table on the back porch seats 10 and was made by a local woodworker. You can BBQ using our Blackstone grill, & make memories around the firepit at night (Smores on the house!!). This newly-renovated house has the perfect location to explore Savannah, coastal Georgia, and South Carolina. Hilton Head beach & Tybee Island are just a 45-minute drive, it’s 10 minutes to the Tangler Outlets, and 20 minutes away from Downtown Savannah. Pets are family so feel free to bring your pets and have them play around the area. Just make sure to be a responsible pet owner : ) Perfect for long-term stays.
