The space Entire cabin comprised of three floors: MAIN FLOOR with 2 bedrooms (2 queen beds) and a full bathroom, primary living room, kitchen, and dining area; SECOND FLOOR with master bedroom (1 king bed), private bath with jet tub and shower, and private seating area for 2 with smart TV; and BASEMENT FLOOR with 2 twin beds, 1/2 bath, and seating area for 2 with smart TV, laundry area, and work station/desk. Egress door in tact. This cabin is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, relaxation, and/or 1 or 2 families or 3 couples. Great lodging for families who want access to Lake Placid and/or Whiteface but prefer to their own privacy, quiet, and space during down time. The ideal spot for skiers as you are in close proximity to the mountain and cross country trails, can enjoy mountain views, and can keep your gear secure and warm. Enjoy a cozy experience warming up by the wood burning fireplace. The AuSable River (which is right across the street with public access for guests) provides a phenomenal location for fishing. Lots of outdoor space and seating (including an outdoor dining set for 6). Yard is completely flat and fit for use. Board games and some outdoor games provided by host. Guests are permitted to store their outdoor gear in a secured storage shed. Heated mudroom provides for a space to leave wet gear while promoting drying and ensuring your equipment is warm. Guests can access property independently, without host’s assistance. Property is located in the countryside in a wooded area. OMG views of the mountains! Amazing location for outdoor enthusiasts, especially guests interested in arctic activities. Guests will have access to Lake Eaton, which includes a beach. Guests will have access to the AuSable River and can fish there. Information regarding fishing licenses will be noted in Welcome Book. Property is located in the Adirondack National Park in the Adirondack Mountains with an abundance of hiking opportunities. Local vineyard with lake views a short drive away.
