In living area, you'll find a twin bed sofa & space for a queen air mattress, plus full-kitchen: gas stove / over the oven microwave, refrigerator, sink & dining table. The pool has a slide and a spa. The house has a gas grill & fire pit (gas add'l fee) large patio, tables and chairs. Liability waivers are required before the used of the pool/spa for all guests.
