The Historic Bywater house was built in Circa 1880's. We hope you enjoy the charm of this Victorian style home as much we do. The home has many great modern amenities, yet holds its original charm The space Sleeps up to 12 comfortably with 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 roll out cots on the main floor. Kitchen includes kitchenette to sit 4 and island seating for 2. The living room has 2 couches, high back chairs, and a TV where you can stream your favorite services. Dining room includes seating for 6 including a wingback couch, great for larger gathering, socializing or playing games. There are 3 patios to enjoy the outdoors as well as a gas grill. A white picket fence surrounds the home and is great for keeping kids and dogs enclosed. We also have an outdoor fire pit for those fun outdoor gatherings. Finally, there's a 1975 fire truck on the property which is used in parades around town, feel free to take pictures and explore. Guest access Driveway is located off of Fulmer, parking only in the Driveway. House access through back porch via Smart Nest Lock. We do try to keep the propane tank filled, however, it you find it empty during your visit we do ask our guests to swap the tank out at Casey's or Dollar General We also provide a complementary starter pack(toilet paper, laundry detergent, toiletries)
